False Mask Art Print

The mask is influenced by the Anishinabek “False Face Society”. Mide/Medicine people used the masks in a  “curing” ritual. The masks were carved and said to be able to control the wind, and physical sickness. This mask will be left white, speaking to that part of the medicine wheel that holds the mental health teachings.
